When I was searching for a timer to use at my desk, I wanted to avoid a traditional “buzzer” timer or alarm clock. I mean, the last thing I need is more noise. These handmade sandglasses from Hightide Japan look beautiful and are perfect for timing (approximate) 30 minute intervals for work tasks, cooking, or other purposes. These bicolor versions feature two different colors of glass blown together to form different patterns and color combinations.
Sandglass is approximately 4 inches wide and seven inches tall.
This product is handmade, so timing is NOT exact. Hightide states they are accurate to within +/- 120 seconds, and may be affected by environmental factors.
This is a delicate item made for desktop use. As it is made from fragile glass, it may be damaged by rapid change in temperature.
