"Digital Divide" was originally conceived as a monthly newsletter devoted to discussing the divide between the "digital" and "analog" parts of our lives, the benefits of making time for analog tools and workflows, and why people draw the line where they do. While The Gentleman Stationer typically focuses on the "how" - pens, paper, and the tools we use on a daily basis - Digital Divide focuses on the "why." I decided to move Digital Divide to a web-based format, at least for now, because it's easier for me to manage. All of the past newsletter posts are indexed here, as well as any "Digital Divide" blog posts I've published on TGS.
