The Pilot Birdie “Switch” is a different kind of multi pen, with a .5mm mechanical pencil on one end, and the ability to flip the pen to access a .7mm ballpoint on the other. (The cap covering the ballpoint can be posted over the mechanical pencil when writing.) The Birdie also comes in straight ballpoint and .7mm mechanical pencil formats.

The Birdie features a slim format that slides easily into pocket notebook covers, planners, checkbooks, shirt pockets, and wherever else you may need to carry a compact writing instrument.

Made in Japan. Birdie ballpoint refills are sold separately, and we of course carry a wide range of mechanical pencil leads.
