We would rate the Jetstream Multi Pen alongside the Lamy 2000 Multi Pen as one of the best “workhorse” multi pens on the market. It ships loaded with four different Jetstream refills, as well as a .5mm mechanical pencil option that deploys with the press of a clip. As with other Uni-Mitsubishi Multi Pens, this one is well-engineered to carry the five writing options without being too heavy or oversized.

This particular pen is a special edition developed in combination with Japanese furniture maker Karimoku, and features matte orange and blue finishes with oak and walnut grips instead of the typical rubber or bamboo.

Low-viscosity Jetstream ink dries quickly and resists smearing, making it an excellent option for lefties. Both mechanical pencil leads and Jetstream Multipen Refills (SXR-80) are available for purchase separately.
