The Lamy AL-Star features lightweight, yet sturdy, aluminum construction and keeps a similar shape to the classic Lamy Safari. The transparent molded grip gives you a view to the inner workings of the feed and the ink as it flows to the nib. Each year Lamy releases the AL-Star in special edition colors, and this year’s second set of releases includes "Denim" and "Aubergine", with blue and dusty purple bodies paired with orange and green transparent sections and black hardware (clips and nibs).
